As of June 19th, 2023, we are taking an organizational break. Our collective has come to a consensus to officially put a temporary pause on most organizational activities. This is due to ongoing capacity issues within our organization.
We wish to remain true to our principles of disability justice and take this time to attend to the health and well-being of our comrades; both mental and physical.
This means we will be pausing activity on our social media, processing new applicants, and committing to new events. We will continue our unhoused distribution and our free store, as well as any current commitments we have. We aim to resume activity in the fall.
We hope that this pause in activity will help with the process of revitalizing our organizing, as well as mapping out the future of this project, as well as other initiatives we wish to undertake in the future.
Although we are taking a break, we are still ever committed to the struggle for total liberation.
